Arsenal hero David Seaman claims he was not happy with Emi Martinez antics after Aston Villa win at Emirates this weekend.
The Villans managed to claim all the three points as Unai Emery and Emiliano Martinez returned to the Emirates after their stints at Arsenal few years ago.
The Argentine international was visibly happy after final whistle and was seen jumping and celebrating the victory against his former club.
“I was watching him after the game giving him loads. Unai didn’t give it loads afterwards but Emi did. But to be fair to him he deserves to do it as he gets a lot of stick from the Arsenal fans. He has a lot to back it up as well, he is a fantastic goalkeeper. He is that annoying character and really good. It wound me up a bit when I saw it but I thought you deserve it today.” – said Seaman on his podcast.
He deserved to celebrate his 50th clean sheet and a win fair play to him 👍
To be fair to Emi, he celebrates enthusiastically with the fans after every Villa win. The Villa fans love him and he reciprocates the love. It was also a big win for Villa in their push for 4th plave.
But I guess he was happy with Arteta’s and Arsenal’s pre collapse title celebrations last season
I dont think Seaman was that much good as a goalie. I think he got a cheek complainng about
Martinezs antics he used to do the same .
