The Egyptian teenage sensation Ramadan Sobhi played the full 90 minutes for Stoke City U-23 on Monday.

The potters suffered a 2-1 defeat at the hands of West Bromwich Albion in the Premier League 2. Sobhi played alongside Charlie Adam and Marc Muniesa for Stoke U-23.

Stoke went into the break with a 1-0 lead however, West Bromwich pulled level after 64th minute’s via Saido Berahino. Berahino has been demoted to the West Brom U23 side following a dispute with manager Tony Pulis.

The Baggies completed their comeback just two minutes after when Chris Brunt scored a perfectly placed free-kick from the edge of the area.

Ramadan Sobhi joined Stoke City for £4.25 million from the Egyptian side El Ahly.
